Our markets are increasingly demanding in terms of implementing changes and introducing new products.

For this we adapted our organization and added a specialized Projects environment that secures the shortest lead times for new products.

For new product development we introduced the KATA philosophy (inspired by Toyota) meaning that we  build demonstrators very early in the engineering/development cycle and ‘try out’ new elements.

Innovation comes with hidden pitfalls and identifying them as soon as possible is a key to success.
